In no particular order:

1. Right now is the sweetest moment you will ever experience, don’t waste it.

2. The fundamental route to happiness is relationship

3. Make a plan, but understand its limitations

4. Criticise your Theory of Control

5. Examine the through-line from your childhood

6. You are not the you that you once were

7. There are non-negotiables in your life, but not as many as you think

8. Crisis, failure, and tragedy await, but rarely kill you

9. Enough wealth, good. More than enough wealth, not much better

10. Forgive yourself

11. Create a legacy

12. Stay alive (and healthy), as long as you can!
